CPVC PIPE AND FITTINGS

CPVC is a type of plastic pipe material that is chemically modified (chlorinated PVC) for improved strength, higher heat‑tolerance, and chemical resistance compared to regular PVC or uPVC.
CPVC pipes can safely carry both hot and cold water — they are rated to handle water temperatures up to about 93 °C (200 °F), which makes them ideal for hot‑water supply lines, geysers, solar heaters, kitchens, etc.
The inner surface of CPVC is smooth, which helps maintain good flow rates and prevents scale build-up, ensuring clean water and efficient flow.
CPVC is corrosion‑resistant (won’t rust or scale like metal), chemically resistant (resists many acids, bases, salts, common chemicals), and thus durable & long-lasting.
It is lightweight and easy to install — can be cut, joined (usually via solvent‑cement), and handled without heavy equipment.
CPVC fittings come in a variety of shapes and types — making CPVC plumbing systems versatile for different configurations (tees, elbows, reducers, valves, etc.).
Maintenance cost is low — CPVC systems don’t corrode, scale or leak easily, and tend to last many years (often decades) under normal use.
